1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Pixel Farm: Pet & Chore Care (“the App”) you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is operated by RichX Software Solutions (“we”, “us”).
2. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a device that you own or control, subject to the rules of the store you obtained it from (Apple App Store or Google Play).
3. Not professional veterinary or animal-care advice
Pixel Farm is a chore-tracking and reminder tool. The App, its built-in chore library, and any reminders or schedules are general organisational aids and do not constitute professional veterinary, nutritional, agricultural, or animal-care advice. You are solely responsible for the welfare of your animals. For decisions about feeding, hydration, medication, illness, breeding, or any other health-related matter, consult a qualified veterinarian or other appropriate professional. We do not guarantee that following any schedule or chore generated by the App will meet the needs of your specific animal.
4. Reminders are best-effort
Chore reminders are delivered through your device's local notification system. We cannot guarantee that every reminder will be delivered on time or at all — for example, if your device is off, in airplane mode, in battery-saver, or has revoked notification permission. Do not rely on the App as the sole reminder for safety-critical care. Always keep an independent way to remember time-sensitive needs (medication, feeding intervals, water replacement, etc.).
5. Your content and responsibilities
The App stores the data you enter (zone names, animal breeds, custom chore titles, schedules) on your device. You are solely responsible for that content and for keeping a backup if it matters to you — uninstalling the App will delete it.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its name, logo, icons, sprite art, and underlying software are owned by RichX Software Solutions and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App or its assets except as expressly permitted by law.
7. Prohibited uses
You agree not to (a) tamper with, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App, (b) use the App to build a competing product, (c) use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services, or (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its related systems.
8. Third-party services
The App uses Google Firebase for anonymous crash reporting and basic usage analytics. Your use of the App is additionally subject to the terms of the store you downloaded it from and any applicable third-party terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will arrive on time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall RichX Software Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or harm to animals, arising out of your use of the App.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your right to use the App at any time without notice if you breach these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Satu Mare, Romania, unless otherwise required by consumer-protection law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
