Delete your data
Last updated: 24 October 2026 (Firebase sign-in and crash reports)
1. About this page
SHATTERSWING is a free one-thumb arcade game developed by RICHX S.R.L. It signs you in with an anonymous account (a random user ID, no name or email) and sends crash reports through Google Firebase. This page explains how to delete that data and your progress.
2. Data on your device
Your best score, unlocked balls, trails and towers, daily challenge and mission progress, and your settings are stored only on your device. To delete them together with your anonymous account, do any of the following:
- In the App, open Settings → DELETE MY DATA and tap it twice. This deletes your anonymous account on our Firebase project and all progress on the device.
- Uninstall the App. This removes all of its data from the device; the unused anonymous account no longer links to anything on your phone.
- Or, on Android, open Settings → Apps → SHATTERSWING → Storage and tap Clear storage (the wording may vary by device). This resets the App to a fresh install.
Deleted progress cannot be restored, because there is no cloud backup.
3. What we hold
Your anonymous account (random user ID, created and last-used dates) until you delete it, and crash reports (stack trace, device model, OS and App version, a Crashlytics installation ID) for up to 90 days. You can switch crash reports off in Settings → CRASH REPORTS. We do not collect your name, email address, location, advertising ID, contacts, or payment details. To have crash reports deleted early, email us using the steps below.
4. If you have emailed us
If you contacted us by email or through the support form and want that correspondence (or your crash reports) deleted, email richx.soft@gmail.com with the subject “SHATTERSWING data deletion” from the same address. We delete your messages and address within 30 days and confirm by email.
5. More information
