Delete your data

1. About this page

Sideways is a free arcade drifting game developed by RICHX S.R.L. The App has no account or login, so there is no account to delete. This page explains how to ask us to delete the limited analytics and crash data linked to your installation.

2. How to request deletion

1. Email richx.soft@gmail.com with the subject “Sideways data deletion”.
2. Include your device model (for example “Pixel 8” or “iPhone 15”) and the approximate date you installed the App, so we can find the data linked to your installation.
3. We confirm by email once your request has been completed.

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

3. What is deleted

• Google Firebase Analytics events linked to your installation.
• Google Firebase Crashlytics crash reports linked to your installation.

We do not collect your name, email address, precise location, contacts, or payment details, so there is no such data to delete. If you email us, we delete your message and address once the request is complete.

4. Retention without a request

• Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months, per our Google Analytics data retention settings.
• Crashlytics crash reports are kept for 90 days.

5. Data on your device

Your gameplay progress and settings are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored progress. Reinstalling the App also resets the analytics identifier, so new data is no longer linked to your previous installation.
